Regular Guided Meditation sessions can help you. Our bodies are naturally equipped with amazing healing abilities; however, we live in a world that is demanding and unrelenting. Many people have a constant influx of daily or chronic stress. When we live constantly on the go, constantly connected, and are being inundated all day every day, with endless amounts of sensory information. We live in a sensory overload society.  What this means for us; is our stress hormones are typically high, other hormones become unbalanced. We become depleted in the “feel good” chemicals that our bodies are meant to naturally produce, and we become overloaded with Cortisol & Adrenaline, other stress hormones. After a time, our bodies suffer repercussions. We live in a constant inflammatory process that often goes unnoticed until it starts taking its toll and we begin experiencing physical pain & discomfort, illnesses and dis-eases.  Our bodies are meant for great healing capacity but this healing takes place in our “rest and digest phase” when we drop into the parasympathetic nervous system. Mostly this happens when we are at physical rest or sleep, and often we are deprived of adequate sleep as well as physical rest time.

Guided meditations that are done with consistency can help achieve a “Rest and Digest” phase more often and begin the process of healing. Reducing the amount of stress on our senses, hormones, organ systems and allowing our bodies a chance to heal themselves. Improving health, reducing pain and the inflammatory response, improving cognitive functioning, improving memory, and more.

  Our Guided meditation services allow for customized and focused guided meditations that have your experience, your individual goals & intentions, your physical being taking into account. Whether it’s a one -on -one, private guided meditation session or a weekly group session that is live, we offer a personal connection to guide you through the process, support before, during, and after your sessions. Often, especially when just starting out with meditation, people find it challenging to quiet their minds, relax their bodies, and visualize.  With Live or One – on – One session, verses a video you can watch, we offer techniques, tools, methods to overcome these challenges with meditation and get the most benefit. Plus, we are always here to answer questions, provide support & guidance beyond just offering a spoken meditation. We help you through the entire process from what is happening prior to your service and what comes up for you after. Our services is unique in that we take the time to get to know you, what is going on for you, and how we can best support you.  We then recommend a set of guided meditations specifically tailored to help you with whatever your intentions & goals are.  Whereas, while videos and pre-recorded meditations can assist you in meditating, they do not take a personalized approach as they are meant to be able to help many in a general way, and they do not offer continuous and direct support. Last but not least, having a practitioner that is present for your experience ensures consistency, accountability, and support as well as a less likelihood of procrastination or not doing it at all.

In person Verses Online via video conferencing

We offer both in person and online via video conferencing. Both are equally as effective and efficient as the other. Some people prefer in-person sessions as it just feels more personal, and they have the benefit of the atmosphere we provide which sometimes can be useful to those who struggle with visualization. However, we can help guide you to set up your own space to match what you would find with ours as well. There are many positive aspects to choosing to do a session online verse coming in person. You have the ability to be creative and create your own personalized space at your home, include things that make you feel relaxed, things you enjoy and love, things that make you feel at peace and comfortable. You will not have to drive before and after or move about in the world after your experience. You can stay in that relaxed state of mind and body for a longer period of time versus having to become alert and awakened to drive or move about.  By doing a home session online, you can take the time for self-care, and have the experience in the privacy of your own space and home. With video conferencing there is greater flexibility with the timing of your sessions, the time available to do sessions is much less restricted and can be done at your convenience.
